Now, any user can upload a longer video upto 15 mins. You tube encourages its user to make full advantage of this new time limit by making 15 minutes of fame. You tube has been working on improving their state of art content ID system and many other powerful tools for copyright owners.

if you tried to upload a longer video before and rejected for being too long by You tube, you will have to visit your “My Video” section and then delete it before attempting to upload it again.
